The therapists at the Center are a good fit for people who agree with this.

Fees

Each therapist sets their own fee.

Fees range between $130-$180 for a 45-50 minute session.

Certain therapists accept insurance. 

Insurance

Some of the therapists at Bucks County Anxiety Center accept insurance.

If you work with a therapist that accepts your insurance, all billing and payment will be handled through Alma.

If you are paying out-of-pocket, you will be given a receipt to turn in to your insurance company.

Please check with your insurance company about your out-of-network benefits.

Payment Policy

All of the therapists who practice at Bucks County Anxiety Center have the same payment policy.

Payment is due at the beginning of every session.

When scheduling your first session, you will be charged the full fee to hold your slot. Demand for therapy is very high. This policy helps us make sure we're holding appointments for people committed to meeting with us.

If you need to reschedule your first session, please contact us 48 hours in advance. You may reschedule once. There are no refunds for this charge.

You will be charged the full session fee if you miss any appointment or cancel less than 24 hours in advance.

Cancellation Policy

All of the therapists at Bucks County Anxiety Center have the same cancellation policy.

Please cancel appointments 24 hours in advance.

You will be charged the full session fee for late cancellations or missed appointments.

If you need to reschedule your first appointment, please call 48 hours in advance.  You can reschedule your first appointment once. Refunds are not issued.

Late cancellation fees and missed appointment fees are not reimbursed by insurance companies.

Please note:

If you cancel twice with 24 hours notice within a period of 3 sessions, you will lose your weekly slot.

Your therapist will offer you appointment times based on what they have available.

You will also have to pre-pay for all of your sessions moving forward.
