Conquering Anxiety! A Group For Teens

Hello! I'm Jill Cahill. I'm one of the therapists that practices at Bucks County Anxiety Center.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with 13 years of experience working with teens and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, poor body image, school phobia, and more.

This has been a really tough year. That's why I'm starting a psychoeducational group for teens.

This isn't a treatment group.

Instead, in each group and I will focus on helping members:

  • Learn about what anxiety is and how it can look different in different people.
  • Identify strengths they can use to get through tough times.
  • Deal better with different kinds of anxiety.

It's also a chance to have honest conversations with peers who are struggling with similar issue.

Each meeting is 60-minutes long. Attendance at all 4 meetings is required.

All meetings will be via Zoom.
